Position Overview:

• Supervise, manage, and follow up on the operational aspects of storage facilities.
• Supervise and follow up with the operational procedures of launching products (barcode and item card creation, etc.).
• Devise and implement stock-management and control procedures, and occupational safety and control protocols in the storage facilities
• Create and conduct reports and studies regarding warehousing costs and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with the preparation of incoming and outgoing shipments from and to all countries of operations.
• Supervise the quality control process of received or purchased items and outgoing shipments.
• Update inventory lists and follow up stock levels of internal purchasing.
• Supervise the process of receiving and dispatching goods and verifying movements of stock.
• Coordinate and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of storage facilities.
• Ensure occupational safety and control protocols are followed in storage facilities.
• Calculate storage and warehousing operational costs.
• Create and supervise the correct creation of barcodes for new products
• Supervise and direct the process of creating new item cards on accounting systems (SAP, Odoo)
• Conduct and carry out warehousing and stock-management studies
• Set out and supervise the implementation of stock management and control procedures and warehouse manual
• Follow up with the operational activities of each warehouse of operations.

Skills/Requirements:

• BA in Economy, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
• Three years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in international companies
• Advanced level of English and Arabic languages.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP.
