Plumbing School is looking for a Training Center Manager

Description:

• Reports to The Director Qualifications.
• Matric, Relevant certification in line with plumbing, Computer Packages, Microsoft office Package (Outlook/excel/word/power-point).
• Efficient in internet use to source information.

Responsibilities:

• Manages all operational activities of the centre including staffing, facilities, coordination with learners and stakeholders.
• Develops corporate training Centre strategies and initiatives that reflect the organizational goals. Prepares business plans that support the operation of the Centre and adheres to budget. Collaborate with educational institutions to provide additional or specialized training. Supervision of the trainers and instructors.
• Managers the day-to-day performance of the training centre.
• Ensuring targets are met through advertising for various. modules within the training centre. Ensuring classes are fully functioning.
• Facilitation of classes as and when required.
• Monthly reporting to the Director.

Behavioural Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Must be able to think and plan. Ability to identify problems and provide solutions. Efficient and effective time management skills. Attention to detail. Honestly/ reliable and must provide a traceable reference.
• Well organized
• Have ability and agility.
• 3-5 years’ experience with Plumbing and/or training.
• Good communication etiquette and Managerial skills.
• Have experience with the construction SETA (CETA).
• Able to facilitate various programmes.
