We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager. Working directly with the Marketing and Sales Teams, and liaising with our B2B wholesale partners, you will strategize and support a wide array of marketing initiatives that help grow our distribution and sales in Nova Scotia and beyond.

Your #1 asset? You must have a knack for trade marketing initiatives that excite customers. In your activations and executions, you must therefore be creative, trailblazing, quirky and good-willed. Buying beer should be just as fun as drinking it. You must also be strategic, customer-oriented, team-oriented, creative, and excited to drive brand growth.

Responsibilities:

You will work directly with the Sales & Marketing Teams to:

  • Strategize our marketing plan for growth
  • Liaise with our wholesale liquor partners to design, manage and execute exciting advertisements and promotions in-store and online
  • Create budgets and measure ROI
  • Develop our brand locally and regionally
  • Explore and execute distribution opportunities outside of our current market
  • Drink beers on Fridays and tell jokes

Competencies:

  • You are passionate about exciting customers
  • You are strategic and analytical
  • You can develop and manage a marketing plan
  • You are creative and imaginative
  • You enjoy taking risks and going a step beyond the competition
  • You are a strong and friendly communicator (of course you are!)
  • You are at least a little pragmatic or, at the very least, KPI and ROI oriented
  • You might be familiar with trade marketing in the liquor industry
