Description:
- Lead the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and transfer of items as per company policy
- Follow-up overall inventory management
- Take physical inventory once a month to cross-check with the monthly inventory report
- Receive materials and prepared reporting of stock
- Ensure development and management of materials planning functions, create item specific forecasts over a lead-time to be used for effective and efficient inventory management
- Forward required documentation to corporate or unit purchase depending on the nature of the item to be procured
- Generate Materials Received Report (MRR) on a timely basis
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
- Knowledge in various types of commercial activities such as inducting procurement, export-import, banking and L/C
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
