• As a Store Manager you will be experienced in male/ female fashion, you need to have a flair for visual merchandising and be able to show a sound understanding of figures and administration.

Required Competencies:

• The Individual will be required to Manage, Lead and Control a store effectively by maximizing the stores profitability through the achievement of budget sales, company’s objectives and strategies.
• Clothing retail experience (Retail Management Experience) is essential

Key Responsibilities:

Staff management including recruitment of new staff achievement of store targets staff performance management visual merchandising standards sales generation stock loss control and prevention security and asset management leadership and motivation of a Team high levels of communication relationship building detailed feedback and reporting – administration meeting of deadlines.
