Our client a leading player in the Meat Industry, is in urgent need of a store butchery manager, to effectively run their Store. Must be available to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire Shop operations ordering and receiving.
- Staff Management (at least 20 staff).
- Block Testing- Pricing, GP calculations etc.
- Increasing GP.
- Cash Ups / mgt.
- Managing Cash in transit activities.
- Shop Displays.
- Customer Relations- Managing customer complaints etc.
- Health and Safety etc.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12.
- Meat qualification.
- Driver’s License.
- Own Vehicle.
