Summary:

• The Meat & Wine Co Perth are looking for experienced and dedicated wait staff to become part of their professional and hard-working team.
• Our Perth restaurant form part of a vibrant, passionate, and dynamic national team. Established in 2000, The Meat & Wine Co prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience.
• The Meat & Wine Co has a unique atmosphere and ambiance which is dedicated to our African heritage whilst still having reference to Australian surroundings.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
• Thrives under pressure whilst maintaining the highest level of service
• Previous A La Carte experience which must include 3 plate carry, tray service and handling large volumes of tables
• Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
• Passionate about working in the hospitality industry
• A solid understanding of wine and its service
• Experienced in up selling beverages and offering recommendations
• Impeccable presentation, grooming and communication standards
• Willingness to undergo our specified training program
• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
