This super Hospital is seeking a veterinarian to join their team consisting of 2 full time veterinarians and 7 veterinary nurses. They are looking for a full time, part time or casual veterinarian and, whilst they would prefer an experienced vet, new and recent graduates are also encouraged to apply. They are a busy, small animal veterinary hospital located in a northern beachside suburb of Perth, which is located 56kms north of the CBD, and is famed for superb displays of wildflowers during the spring, and broad, well maintained parklands beside lakes which are ideal for picnics, parties, and barbecues.
The work is always interesting as they see several emergencies and medical cases from far and wide. They also have a busy and varied surgical case load and provide advanced dentistry. This team have visiting specialists to do TPLO’s as well as Dental and Ophthalmic surgeons. They pride themselves on providing the best quality of care and are fully equipped to provide these services to their client base. You will work amongst a supportive, enthusiastic group of people, alongside team members who are passionate about animals and well supported by a qualified and experienced nursing team. The hospital is purpose built and offers in-house ultrasound and digital x-ray with a dedicated imaging room, in-house urinalysis, and blood machines (IDEXX), digital dental x-ray and full IM3 dental suite.
Schedule:
Full time working hours are 4 weekdays (Preferably Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (Tuesday would be your weekday off, though it is negotiable), and one Saturday in 2. Weekdays we are open: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm. You would be working set days, but these days would be negotiated with you, weekends are shared between the vets and there is no on-call or after hours. They are closed on Public Holidays, and work by appointment.

- Salary Offer $90,000 - $175,000, DOE plus 10% super, paid study leave, 5 weeks annual leave. They will also assist with Visa and relocation and will consider employment sponsorship for the right applicant. UK or South African Graduates with 2 years’ experience will be considered for special visa sponsorship.
