Description: Site Training facilitator working for Wolf Security Solutions in Cape Town.
A confident person with good interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional attitude. Good organizational skills and abilities with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Knowledge Skills and Attributes required: Healthy and physically fit
- Currently registered with PSIRA as trainer
- Trained in basic firefighting, and OHS Act
- HR Knowledge in regards to Discipline
- Valid Driver’s License (Own Transport Preferably)
- PSIRA Registered – Grade B minimum and Preferably Grade A
- Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated including booster,
- Ability to communicate with employees (IsiXhosa would be helpful)
- Computer Skills (MS Email, Excel, PPt and word).
- Basic Knowledge of the labor law working under extreme pressure situations
- Clean previous disciplinary record
- Clear Criminal Record
- 3 years’ of experience in a training environment with three current and valid references.
