Age: 35 – 55 years
Job Requirements:
- MUST have minimum 3 years’ experience in waterproofing industry on residential and industrial roofs will be an advantage
- Grade 12
- Valid Driver’s License Code 08 and cell phone
- Be computer literature.
- Good workman skills.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Must be able to do minor maintenance work on building.
- General building and roof knowledge and experience.
- Good health and be able to work on high roofs.
- Be able to do roof measurements and quotations.
- Supervising staff on site.
- Delegation tasks to relevant team members.
