It owns an e-commerce portal – www.ziqqi.com that offers their customers an option to purchase their favourite brands on their portal and delivered to their doorstep.

IDUKAAN’s role is to provide the best Ride Hailing experience to its customers and get the Food Delivered to its customers in time.

Duties:

• Accountable for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organization.
• Leading the Operations team in delivering the best customer experience while having a 360-degree view from Customer care to Field Executive safety to Optimal utilization of resources
• Launching of New cities for Auto and Bike
• Will be responsible for the day-to-day procedures, maintenance and monitoring of vehicles, input of basic financial data ensuring the smooth running of the business.
• Oversee supply and demand through key programs for passengers and drivers
• Handle platform reliability, safety, quality
• Controlling budgets, organizing schedules & routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
• Maintain open communications with the company’s Director ensuring timely reporting on the status of the vehicle (i.e.: number of vehicles available, any potential operational problem, etc.) daily.
• Investigate and complete a written report on Ziqqi Go accidents and incidents and submit in a timely manner to the company’s Director.
• Work directly with customer service to handle any/all customer complaints and follow-up with written disposition/investigation in a timely manner.
• Aggressively complete any/all other duties assigned to ensure smooth operations throughout the company.
• Ensure the drivers conforms to all health and safety regulations to minimize any danger or accidents.
• Build strong relationships with the drivers and commuters in the region to streamline capabilities and leverage mutual benefits.
• Monitor the performance of the operations in the country of responsibility and provide input to features enhancements that would automate & streamline operations.
• Represent Ziqqi Go in meetings with government and public/private sector stakeholders to ensure regulation compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, corporate, and customer records and information
• Ability to launch new businesses very fast as allowed by the regulatory landscape
• Mentor, train and manage the careers of direct reports
• Go on the ground to understand how customers (passenger and driver) experience the platform
• Has a fervent wish and drive to change the transportation business in the country.
• Leading the city team Centrally and looking for operations, growth, and customer experience.
• Responsible for sustaining and growing the city & revenues with P&L responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the City team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets and formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team
• Set up the workshop and all necessary systems for the setup to deliver and repair keyless and key vehicles in a type manner
• Define the city growth strategy and ensure on-ground execution is aligned to this

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience with a portion focused on large scale and available applications with at least 1 year of people management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within Ride Hailing and Food Delivery applications support
• Proactively recruit, coach and mentor top talent and ensure the team is fully engaged and delivering
• Passion for getting data and increasing usage in the product because people love using it.
• Ability to effectively lead while also creating product specs, working through operations issues, and helping solve user and technology problems.
• You are an excellent communicator with any audience – executive, business, design or technology.
