A pizza place is looking for a Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily operations by enforcing and ensuring that all policies and standard protocols are observed with regards to productivity, quality and guest-service standards.
• Assist with the restaurant financial objectives and budgets by adhering to stipulated annual budgets and daily targets.
• Ensure that all guests are satisfied through monitoring, evaluating and auditing food and beverage service, and also build relationships with customers.
• The ability to understand stock control and ensure that the ordering, receiving and stock control procedures are carried out effectively.
• Ability to cash up preferable on the Pilot system.
• Ability to understand and accurately count food cost (this will be tested upon).
• To help maintain the reputation of excellent service by ensuring that all customers are satisfied and that all complaints are handled effectively.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate (required).
• A minimum of +3 years Restaurant Management experience (required).
• Contactable references (required).
• Knowledge of Pilot or Similar POS system (required). Microsoft Office – (Excel, Word, Outlook required).
• Must be smart and presentable.
