Minuteman Press is looking for Senior Bindery Machines Operator

We require the services of an experienced Bindery Machines Operator in our digital and litho printing divisions.

Requirements, Duties and Responsibilities:

• A key requirement is the proficient operation of a guillotine. You will also be required to operate our digital finishing equipment, and in particular the Duplo booklet maker (collator, stitcher folder) and folder / creaser, laminator, etc.
• Mechanically minded – monitor the operations of machines to detect malfunctions and/or adjustments, maintain and clean, and perform basic lubricating maintenance.
• Previous experience operating a Heidelberg Platen for die cutting will be advantageous but not required.
• Assist with general finishing tasks related to our print processes.

Requirements:

• Strong previous working experience in a finishing & bindery environment in print industry operating finishing machines.
• Willingness to participate and work to deadlines.
• Reliable.
