Description:
We are looking for an energetic and trustworthy beauty therapist (with experience in nails and eyelashes) to join its team. The beauty therapist will be responsible for delivering professional beauty treatments to clients, promoting sales of holding brands, attracting new and repeat clients, and assisting with reception and booking duties. Must be a team leader also assist Junior staff with driving sales, must be able to work under pressure.
Duties:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to all clients always and provide a high standard of customer care.
- Perform various beauty treatments including manicures (acrylic, gel & nail art), pedicures, massages, facials, lashes, waxing.
- Perform reception duties, book appointments, and process customer payments.
- Keep all areas of the Bar sterile, clean, tidy, and professional always.
- Push retail products.
- Conduct daily/weekly stock takes.
Minimum Requirements:
- CIDESCO/SAAHSP/ITEC/CIBTAC qualification.
- 2 years industry experience with a knack for nails and eyelashes.
- Excellent people skills must be professional, presentable, friendly, customer-service orientated, and punctual.
- Self-starter and excellent time management skills.
