A company is hiring for the position of a Senior Accountant

Description:

• We are looking for a dynamic financial professional to provide accounting services to our various growing manufacturing and trading operations.
• The candidate must have experience in this field.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Review of a junior bookkeeper’s work.
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and Tax submissions (including VAT and EMPs).
• Financial planning and management (e.g., reports, graphs, budgets, recons).
• Review client business models.
• Projects management.
• Pipeline management (including quotes and billing).
• Business planning.
• Building financial models.
• Process analysis.
• Training and Stock management.
• Understanding production and manufacturing.
• Qualifications and education requirements.
• Registered with SAIPA or SAICA or AGA.
• Should be able to start immediately

Required Skills:

• Practice management (recruiting new clients preferred).
• Senior accounting (including tax and payroll) – ability to review others’ work essential. Organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure (deadline driven).
• Able to take initiative and set up processes.

Note: The salary payment is done weekly or monthly
