A reputed company is looking for a Sales Manager – West Africa (Steel /Metal)

Location: Dubai

The Profile:

• The primary goal of the Sales Manager is to represent the business in front of customers / potential customers and carry out conceptual sales. To carry out your job effectively you must have a background in steel structural designs, particularly in civil and have exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
• Conduct site visits and be up to date with upcoming construction projects/ well versed with existing factories in East & West Africa
• Carry out customer presentations and negotiate deals
• You will manage sizeable multi discipline projects ensuring all designs produced by different disciplines are well coordinated
• May act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering related matters

Background and Experience:

• Ideally have 5+ years’ experience in steel sales with a strong techno-commercial background
• Experience in construction material sales, managing large accounts
• Must be able to prepare and deliver presentations to Clients
• Must have the ability to present and defend designs in front of Clients and obtain approvals
• Must have experience in covering East and West Africa
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• A Bachelor’s Degree or background in civil
