Description: 

MyRide Hyundai Westonaria is looking for a Sales Manager responsible for both new and used vehicle sales.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the Sales Department to meet the sales and financial objectives through the sale of vehicles and value-added products and to ensure total customer satisfaction in all their sales dealings.
• Manage Sales Team/Department by ensuring sales targets for the department is defined and met, all sales are compliant with all documentation/legal requirements, manage all administration processes within the sales department.
• Sell motor vehicles and associated accessories and services.
• Manage adequate stock in terms of agreed volumes, approve trade-ins for department, maintaining required CSI & FRFT, develop sales plan & management.
• Manage the assets of the company by ensuring that demos are maintained in showroom condition. Lead the Team in the appraisal and pricing of trade-ins and buy-ins.
• Manage all reporting staff in accordance with Management profile.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the CSI
• Execute all agreed projects and maintain the initiative as per agreed plans, budget & timelines, aiming for 100% achievement for Standards.
• Attend to internal reporting requirements on a timely basis working together with the financial manager, stock controller and dealer principal.
• Discipline staff and ensure sales department is operating effectively.
• Attending to performance appraisals of sales staff on a regular basis.

Experience required:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the motoring industry, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales manager.
• Experience with CMS and Evolve will be highly beneficial.
• The candidate must be proficient with Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent closing skills.
• Grade 12.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clear criminal record.
