Contract Group is looking for Sales and Admin Assistant

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-time

Duties Include:

  • Liaising with these clients, telephonically, via email & in person.
  • Processing orders received from clients.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Maintaining sample requirements.
  • Processing quotation requests.
  • Processing of invoices as well as credit notes.
  • Following up with the delivery team on client’s orders that need to be delivered.
  • Be the contact person that these clients contact for any queries/inquiries.
  • Supporting the salesperson with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Requirements:

  • Matric – Senior Certificate.
  • Computer Literacy Essential Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
  • Administrative duties typing; filing.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good Admin Skills and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Previous experience advantageous but not essential
