A private company is looking for a Salary Administrator

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-time

Key Job Functions:

  • Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Salaries Administrator will provide assistance to the Payroll Manager and related tasks in the Wage Department.
  • Administration of Time and Attendance.
  • Maintenance of payroll and leave administration systems ESS approvals.
  • Accurate processing of new and temporary employees, transfers, promotions, terminations and other payroll related processing.
  • Assisting Wage office with various payroll tasks.
  • Ensure that all Payroll related documentation is filed and or uploaded in the server.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in salaries.
  • Relevant Diploma or Degree.
  • Knowledge of Kronos, SAGE 300 People system & ESS.
  • Basic knowledge of South African employment laws and employee tax regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous and accuracy.
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance record.
  • Able to work overtime and under pressure.
