Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Retail Butchery Store Manager.
- Must have Grade 12 Relevant retail/Meat qualification.
- Clean credit and criminal record.
- Own vehicle and driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff – 20 plus, Open and close shop.
- Order and receive meat.
- Do block tests.
- Carcass breaking.
- Costing and Pricing.
- Cash ups.
- Cash in transit management.
- GP calculations.
- Increase profitability.
- Hygiene etc.
