- We are looking for a front of house restaurant manager for our Asian cuisine restaurant in the heart of Sandton in Johannesburg.
- We are looking for the following characteristics. Only applicants with minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in this position apply. Own Transport.
Responsibilities:
- Waitrons, Recruitment, Discipline, Performance, Training and Coaching.
- Regular meetings and communication.
- Administration, Purchases Cash ups, Pay-outs, Discounts and voids, Firm but fair, good interpersonal skills with staff and customers.
- Work under pressure.
- Be able to work long hours.
- Good teacher and mentor.
- Sound knowledge of operations.
- Attitude of ownership.
- Actively involved in marketing and growing the business (e.g.: tour groups coming in).
- Warm and welcoming to customers.
