Qualified & Experienced Sales Manager required for busy sales team in Pretoria. Are you driven, motivated, competitive and ready to work for an amazing company that focuses on drive, growth and rewards?

I am looking for a Sales Manager based in Pretoria Area to hire a team of new sales agents and to drive New sales forward to capture new growth. The main role is to upgrade clients existing holiday portfolios as well as market & bring new clients into the club.  I am not only looking for a Manager who is able to achieve monthly budgets, but also someone who is able to train a team of Agents – who will also have a high closing ratio and proven track record.

You need to be fully computer literate, able to communicate in English & Afrikaans and have Bubbly, outgoing personality. You will have various admin duties, tracking of contracts and keeping meticulous sales reports.  You need to be motivated and positive. You need your own phone, laptop/desktop with internet access and airtime. You will also need to be familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, Data Capturing/logging and emails. I am looking for a confident, enthusiastic go getter – who can work independently.

Reporting Directly to Your Regional Line Manager- you will be responsible for ensuring that you aim to call at least 25 of our existing clients daily while updating online records.
