Introduction:
- Private Property Group, owning a substantial Commercial & Residential Portfolio, requires a Municipal Accounts / Creditors Accounts Administrator.
- Experience in basic Financial Accounting and /or an Accounting Diploma / SAIPA / SAICA qualification would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a Property Rental Management environment would be an advantage.
Job Description:
- Analysis and payment of a substantial number of Municipal rates, water, and electricity accounts.
- Analysis and Recovery of monthly water, electricity, rates, and other charges.
- Monthly creditor payments. Knowledge of Property Management programs such as MDA an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to deal confidently with tenants.
