Purpose of the position:
Develop, lead, and manage the CJO Windrush Community pilot project working closely with your team; the victims, volunteers, the Windrush Justice Clinic, partners, and local communities to promote social justice and enable the African Caribbean Windrush communities to receive the compensation they deserve.
The post holder will provide practical assistance, advice, and advocacy in developing and implementing this new approach to obtaining compensation for the Windrush victims and their families, supporting them from start to finish of the process. You will be responsible for the management and development of the team’s work programme and for the operational delivery, management, and success of this pilot project.
