Requirements:
- Experience and proven interest in Contemplative arts-integrated education such as Waldorf, Enki or Montessori Education
- Valid Nova Scotia Teaching Certificate, and/or Bachelor of Education degree
- A minimum of two years of experience teaching Physical Education
- Proven organizational skills and curriculum development with an emphasis on collaboration and openness to new ideas
- Proven experience enriching and modifying curricula for students of various abilities in one class
- Experience with Outdoor Education
- Experience with mindfulness-based approaches to education, and willingness to learn through self-reflection.
- Leadership, facilitation and mentorship skills
