Dedication Service Solutions is looking for an Operations Coordinator
Requirements: Matric In-depth knowledge of the TES industry (at least 5 years’ experience). Proficiency in relevant payroll, timekeeping, and management of contractors. Knowledge of NBCRFLI and BCEA and other Bargaining Councils.
Key Performance Job Outputs:
- Staffing Services (TES) – KPI: 50% Operations.
- Site Management.
- Staff Management (Disciplinarians, Timekeeping, Absenteeism & Replacements, Leave, PPE).
- New staff onboarding paperwork, Crim Checks, and placements. Staff Files & General Filing. Recruitment & Staff database management.
- Timesheets & Payroll, Distribution of pays lips (Using Self-billing Timesheets).
- Health & Safety, WCA Claims & IOD handling, Staff Scheduling and Training.
- Record keeping of licenses and certificate expiries, as well as permit renewals due.
- Transport arrangement and management.
- Keeping costs to a minimum – managing cost of, and retaining the cost of transport, PPE, etc. Staffing Services (TES) – KPI: 50% Sales.
- Acquire new clients to reach and uphold the set Company financial Targets & Budgets.
- Growing existing headcounts.
- Client Liaison – maintain good client relationships.
- Lead Generation, Advise & Assist Managing Owner where needed.
