Dedication Service Solutions is looking for an Operations Coordinator

Requirements: Matric In-depth knowledge of the TES industry (at least 5 years’ experience). Proficiency in relevant payroll, timekeeping, and management of contractors. Knowledge of NBCRFLI and BCEA and other Bargaining Councils.

Key Performance Job Outputs:

  • Staffing Services (TES) – KPI: 50% Operations.
  • Site Management.
  • Staff Management (Disciplinarians, Timekeeping, Absenteeism & Replacements, Leave, PPE).
  • New staff onboarding paperwork, Crim Checks, and placements. Staff Files & General Filing. Recruitment & Staff database management.
  • Timesheets & Payroll, Distribution of pays lips (Using Self-billing Timesheets).
  • Health & Safety, WCA Claims & IOD handling, Staff Scheduling and Training.
  • Record keeping of licenses and certificate expiries, as well as permit renewals due.
  • Transport arrangement and management.
  • Keeping costs to a minimum – managing cost of, and retaining the cost of transport, PPE, etc. Staffing Services (TES) – KPI: 50% Sales.
  • Acquire new clients to reach and uphold the set Company financial Targets & Budgets.
  • Growing existing headcounts.
  • Client Liaison – maintain good client relationships.
  • Lead Generation, Advise & Assist Managing Owner where needed.
