Description:

• We operate in the property/construction sector.
• We are looking for someone that is dynamic and hardworking, someone that wants to go places.
• The function of this role is to assist customers with obtaining quotes from builders, plumbers and electricians in a timeous fashion and then secure the work.

Key Performance Areas:

• Process calls/jobs from customers and allocate to service providers.
• Update customer records and information accurately.
• If not available assist in appointing service providers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote the company’s products and services.
• Ensure all time-based process requirements are completed in required period.
• Direct unresolved queries to the Team Leader.
• You will be required to be on call every second weekend.
