Inherent requirements:

  • Matric.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Relationship building skills and People skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide switchboard relief for the receptionist until they arrive for their shift.
  • Check the on-call report and respond to vacancies created.
  • Ensure on call staff are placed in vacancies created.
  • Update all staff’s details and status on Med Zone/ Nims.
  • Update all staff’s availability on Med Zone/ Nims.
  • Fill shifts received as soon as the client has made the request.
  • Confirm booked shifts with the relevant staff.
  • Email client to inform of the staff member you have recruited to fill the position.
  • Manage all shift cancellations by sourcing replacements as soon as possible.
  • Notify the client of the cancellation and replacement of their initial candidate.
  • Manage all client complaints which have been lodged.
