Inherent requirements:
- Matric.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or in a similar role.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Relationship building skills and People skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide switchboard relief for the receptionist until they arrive for their shift.
- Check the on-call report and respond to vacancies created.
- Ensure on call staff are placed in vacancies created.
- Update all staff’s details and status on Med Zone/ Nims.
- Update all staff’s availability on Med Zone/ Nims.
- Fill shifts received as soon as the client has made the request.
- Confirm booked shifts with the relevant staff.
- Email client to inform of the staff member you have recruited to fill the position.
- Manage all shift cancellations by sourcing replacements as soon as possible.
- Notify the client of the cancellation and replacement of their initial candidate.
- Manage all client complaints which have been lodged.
