Office Manager required with experience as a Personal Assistant and a senior Office administrator. Excellent communicator, independent worker & well presentable/ professional candidate.

Experience:

  • Digital document management experience NB.
  • Office mobile devices management experience of personnel laptops, mobile phones and IPads/ tablets.
  • Experience as personal assistant, also arranging traveling for management organising everything by her-/himself – international & national travel.
  • Minimum 5 years in the same role.

Requirements:

  • MS Office – ADVANCED in Excel and Word. (Courses completed a bonus).
  • Intermediate in PowerPoint.
  • Technical experience and IT & software troubleshooting NB
  • Own transport, Valid license, South African ID, Excellent English language capabilities – speak, read, write.
