Minimum requirements:

  • Matric Previous experience in office administration.
  • Experience in Bookkeeping – advantageous.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.
  • The candidate should possess a demonstrated capacity to build relationships internally and externally.
  • The candidate must be a team player.

Main responsibilities General Bookkeeping:

  • Creditors Debtors Wages.
  • Processing of payroll on Donkerhoek.
  • Managing tasks associated with office administration.
  • Maintaining BBEEE scorecards.
  • Performing admin duties.
  • Assisting in resolving admin problems.
  • Any other general tasks as required by management.
  • Working closely with the financial team.

Requirements:

  • Competencies: Ability to always maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail: Exceptional communication skills. High work ethic.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Time management skills.
