Minimum requirements:
- Matric Previous experience in office administration.
- Experience in Bookkeeping – advantageous.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- The candidate should possess a demonstrated capacity to build relationships internally and externally.
- The candidate must be a team player.
Main responsibilities General Bookkeeping:
- Creditors Debtors Wages.
- Processing of payroll on Donkerhoek.
- Managing tasks associated with office administration.
- Maintaining BBEEE scorecards.
- Performing admin duties.
- Assisting in resolving admin problems.
- Any other general tasks as required by management.
- Working closely with the financial team.
Requirements:
- Competencies: Ability to always maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail: Exceptional communication skills. High work ethic.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Time management skills.
