A non-denominational Pentecostal Church based in Hounslow in West London is looking for a full time Minister of Religion working as an Evangelism Coordinator. The church serves a multi-ethnic community especially of people from the West African community. The average attendance is from 70 to 90 adults per week.

Job Type: Full-time, 3 years contract

Job Description:

• Working with the Bishop and Pastoral leadership to establish Evangelism strategies and best practice towards church growth. Maintain website, Facebook, and other social media outreaches.
• To actively support and lead a small group of church members in outreaches held in Hounslow, Twickenham, Feltham, Barking and all over London.
• To be involved in teaching and preaching at the Sunday services and Bible studies.
• To be involved in the regular evangelistic work towards African, Indian, Sri-Lankan and Pakistani families living in the community.

Requirements:

• A dynamic, contagious faith that is grounded in scripture and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
• A heart for evangelism and outreach in reaching out in the community.
• Proven evangelistic gifts and experience. To build authentic relationship with lost people.
• Creative and innovative attitude to ministry. Organise outreach programs.
• Proven leadership skills and track record of bringing on others. Community outreach events.
• Definite commitment to the mission and ministry of the local church
• An ability to work on own initiative
• A willing and enthusiastic person committed to being a team member
• Empathy with a wide range of people

Educational Qualifications:

• At least 1-year Bible College Diploma
• In theology and healing ministry is preferred
• 5 years international mission experience is preferred
• Essential IT skills in Ms Office
