Description:

This is a small start-up business and we are looking for a dynamic manager for our store based in Dainfern. Looking for a hands on manager, to be a part of the team, and must have contactable references.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee the daily store operations in front and back of house, staff oversight.
• Maintain schedules, and other administrative support to maintain food and beverage cost controls and inventory.
• Sets standards for service and food quality and works with the manager to see that these are met.
• He or she will typically also work behind the scenes, performing such tasks as handling purchasing and reconciling daily sales.

Requirements:

• You must have your own transport.
• You must be a SA Citizen or have a valid work permit.
• Manager must have Pilot/Gaap Experience.
• Previous Management of a team experience.
