Silverberry is looking for people friendly team members for the front of the house. If you are a people person, passionate about food and drink especially artisanal coffee and like to work in a friendly environment with fun this job is for you. We require a Full-Time experienced Barista to work in our Local Deli and Cafe Hampstead.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers as they arrive
• Advise on the best choices for each customer and answer questions
• Take orders and deliver them to the table or to customer safely, swiftly, and accurately
• Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
• Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
• Deliver checks and accept payment
• Work with other staff as a team
• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
• Making sure high level of hygiene is in place in the area specified as the front of the house

Requirements:

• Proven experience as wait staff
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
• Customer-oriented and planning skills
• Working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system
• Outstanding people skills
• Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
