The Black Art Depot is looking for Part Time Order Fulfilment Specialist

Location: Decatur, GA

Pull, pack and ship 98.0% of orders error free every day. It is expected that each order fulfilment specialist be physically capable of pulling, packing and labelling 30-50 orders per day. We must consistently ship the correct items to the correct customer using the requested shipping method.

We take pride in how we ship orders and understand how this impacts how the customer views our company.

Pulling:

• Locate products in the office and verify that the correct item has been pulled for the order using an image of the item and part number.
• Pull products without damaging the product being pulled or any other products in the area.
• Communicate to supervisor whenever an item is out of stock or unable to be located.
• Keep the product shelves organized for the next order fulfilment specialist.

Packing:

• Package orders in the smallest box possible to safely ship the order
• Keep the packaging area neat for the next order fulfilment specialist
• Take the time to properly package the order so that it stands the best chance possible of not being damaged in transit.
• Take pride in the appearance of the order after it is packed.
• Include the proper inserts and packing slips into each packaged order.

Shipping:

• Use software to create shipping labels
• Use Scales to get proper weight of package
• Use rulers to get proper measurement of package
• Ensure that the proper shipping method and service provider is being used
• Contact customers to verify addresses when required
• Place packages in the proper area for shipping provider pickup
• Assist supervisor with taking packages to USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or DHL when needed.

Inventory: Complete Product Inventory as Needed to Verify Stock Levels in System

Other: Keep a clean and organized personal work area

Education: High School Diploma/GED Required
