Cherry Hill Programs is seeking naturally bearded, African American applicants to play the role of Santa. We are committed to providing a diverse mix of talent to ensure all guests visiting our photo sets enjoy the magic Santa brings to the holiday season. Year after year, families, and children flock to the Santa photo set to visit with Santa and have their annual Santa photo taken. It is Santa’s job to create a magical experience for everyone who visits. The African American Santa Character is a seasonal position (November & December) playing the Santa Claus role. The job requires stamina, patience and, on occasion, good fast thinking. You are expected to provide the best possible experience for your visitors. Quality service, quality photos and, most importantly, happy children are your goals. Full-Time, Part-Time and Emergency Backup positions available at a location near you

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide an enjoyable, friendly visit for each child and parent
- Maintain the Naturally Bearded Santa image in every way, including physical appearance, conduct and personality while in costume
- Be dependable and punctual
Education/Experience:
Previous Santa experience a plus but not required
- Language Ability
- Easy talker with a jolly manner
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent listening and fast thinking skills
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Knowledge of popular toys for Christmas Season
