We are looking for an experienced Blockman for our butchery to provide high-quality meats and services to our customers.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience required.
- Must be well spoken.
- Experience with meat grinders, knives, saws, and other tools.
- Breaking, splitting and cutting knowledge essential.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
- Strong understanding of meat quality, cuts, and preparation.
