Independent Retail Liquor Store chain situated in Parow Valley looking for a qualified individual to join their team in the capacity of a Store Manager.
Individual must have strong characteristics in the following: Energetic, Trustworthy, Strong Delegating and Man Management skills, Focused, Security and Safety minded,
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12, 1-year Managerial experience in Retail, Microsoft Office and PC literate, Own Transport.
Duties:
- Maintain good and positive customer service.
- Ensure growing sales generation of the business.
- Energetic, Strong and Pro-Active staff management.
- Correct stock management procedures.
- Orientated on Stock merchandising and display.
- Maintaining housekeeping standards.
- Strictly adhering to security policy and procedures.
- Efficient and Neat admin control.
- Successful candidate will be responsible and consistently monitored to deliver and maintain the following results: Sales Turnover, Good Stock loss Management, Expense Management.
