Description:
- Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef needed for a family restaurant in Hout Bay in Cape Town.
- The position will be suited to a Chef who has experience of managing staff, and running the kitchen, with detail to plating, presentation and excellent quality of food and service.
- The position will be shared, and you will work every second day. The kitchen will be open from 10h00 – 20h30 daily. Hours could increase if business increases over the festive season.
- Essential to be South African, local, and fluent in English as a home language. Transport must not be an issue.
