Description:

Intra Design is looking for a Junior Site Manager for commercial interior projects/fitouts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction activities on-site (mostly interior fit-out).
• May function as site manager, guiding work of the teams, or manage a program. Participates in establishing realistic deadlines.
• Able to manage multiple projects.
• Selects and manages interior design consultants on site.
• Develops and maintains liaison with all appropriate divisions, departments, and owners. Provides project updates using tools to track and report status.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate all aspects on-site from site establishment to closeout.
• Communicate and work with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Ensure project schedules and timelines are met.
• Represent the Intra Group brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Support the visual and quality standards within the company.

Requirements:

• Must have own reliable transport and smartphone.
• Must have experience in construction.
• Experience in commercial interior fitouts advantageous.
