Job Type: Full-time

Duties:

Hourly Tracking and Monitoring of vehicles, Fuel consumption calculations, Briefing and debriefing of drivers, Daily reports on driver behavior, Managing of Pod’s, Processing of driver documentation, Telephonic liaison, Managing Breakdowns, keeping clients informed regarding status of cargo, Handling everyday logistical challenges, compiling of Management Reports for the operations manager, Alert incident management, Scheduling.

Requirements:

• Matric, 2-3 years’ experience in fleet controlling
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Computer literate
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Experience on car track and live camera software and Microsoft office
• Someone who can deal with truck drivers.
• Work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Can assert discipline in drivers.
• Must be willing to work long hours, day and night shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Clear criminal record.
• Compulsory for prospective applicant to provided.
