A private company is hiring for a Junior Administrative Assistant

A friendly, self-motivated Junior Administrative Assistant with a great attitude and willingness to learn is required at a growing company based in Southern Suburbs, Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Must have a min of Grade 12.
• Must reside in Southern Suburbs, Cape Town.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be proficient in English and preferably Afrikaans.

Roles, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Gr 12 + applicable tertiary qualification (advantageous).
• 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent Excel knowledge (formulas) and Microsoft Office.
• Clear and concise oral and written English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Able to organize and prioritize own workload.
• Scanning.
• Filing.
• Data Capturing.
• General administrative functions.
• All-round office assistant to different departments.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a meticulous and hard-working individual who is a self-starter.
• Must be able to work independently.
• The candidate must be well presented.
• Must be focused and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Willing and able to work overtime should the need arise.
• Takes responsibility for work assigned and shows initiative
