Requirements:

• The suitable candidate must have a degree/diploma in Human Resources with experience in the field as well as experience in payroll duties
• Proven track record of practical HR and IR experience in the workplace.
• Must have payroll experienced.
• Well experienced in HR administration and compliance.
• Ability to find solutions for every challenge.
• Ability to function independently as well as part of a team.
• Punctual and be able to use your initiative.
• Creative and out of the box thinker.
• Person with extremely high levels of energy and drive.
• Attention to detail. Ability to communicate very well.

Candidate Minimum Requirements:

Matric, Post Matric Qualification in Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations, fully computer literate (Microsoft Package), Payroll program knowledge is necessary (VIP Premier).
