Minimum Work Experience: 2-5 Years
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Job Role:
- Management of operational relationships with suppliers, receivers, ship owners, brokers, agents, terminal operators, customs, and other service providers
- Coordinating logistics and documentary requirements with each counterparty
- Arranging for inspection, sampling, and analysis of merchandise
- Preparation of contracts in conjunction with traders and legal department
- Invoicing in line with payment terms
- Insuring cargoes in line with Incoterms
- Data Management through IT System
- Fix Vessels and ensure smooth operations
- Draft financial instrument documents and liaise with the trade finance for the follow-up
- Develop new commercial outlets for the Oil
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role in oil & gas
- Knowledge of the West and Central African market
- French speaker is a plus
- Strong communication skills and numerical literacy (Global Trade IT System, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical background, accuracy, and excellent attention to detail
