Description:
The purpose of the Call Centre Agent is to attend all electricity related faults and complaints reported by consumer through the acknowledgement, analysis and prioritisation of faults.
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Relevant certificate accredited by SAQA.
- A least 12 -18 months relevant experience.
- Computer literacy.
