Triple Eight is an award-winning Marketing, CSI, PR, and Digital agency, we are looking for highly motivated, ambitious candidates who are passionate about the work we do for our clients. The suitable candidate will buy into our philosophy for executional excellence and creative brilliance and needs to demonstrate these qualities. They need to be innovative, resourceful, hardworking and have strong communication skills. They should be willing to work on a tight schedule and be able to put in additional hours work.
Requirements:
- At least one-year of experience working with communities and/local associations on awareness-raising and community strengthening
- Familiar with a community-based approach
- Flexible and able to work on various topics such as hand hygiene, health hygiene and Diarrhoea
- Fluent in English and two additional African languages
- Available for a minimum of one month
- Strong team player
- Adaptable and able to work in a multicultural team
- Able to manage stress and work under pressure
- Time cautious
- Self-driven with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to train others
- Sociable and well spoken
- People management skills
- Confidence to speak in front of a large group of people
- Honest and trustworthy
- Should not have a criminal record
