General Foreman needed for medium sized construction company based in Southern Suburbs Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Min 7-10 years’ experience in renovations and new builds.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with Professionals, Architects, Engineers as well as Subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding and implementation of Standard Building Practice is essential. Quality control, Qualified Tradesman or Construction Manager would be preferred.
• Must be highly motivated and organized.
• Able to meet completion dates and deadlines.
