Job Summary of the Art Director role:

Integr8staff is looking for a dynamic Art Director who will manage creative initiatives from start to finish, guiding a cross-functional creative team in the conception, design, and execution of visual materials. Adaptability, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities of the Art Director role:

• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
• Leads the artistic development of marketing pieces, including print, digital, social, and mobile collateral materials, and internal and external publications
• Supervises a team of graphic designers and creative freelancers
• Collaborates with members of the marketing team to develop strategies for campaigns
• Work with creative director to develop big brand campaigns in the multicultural space.
• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies for creative projects and oversee them to completion.
• Ability to channel creativity and execute projects under time constraints and deadlines.
• Creates presentations and project plans, meets with clients, and ensures successful online representation of client’s brands

Requirements of the Art Director role:

• A bachelor’s degree in a creative, marketing, or related field.
• 4+ Years in a proven creative leadership role
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects, deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Expertise with Adobe CS; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects required.
• Highly skilled in design concepts and creative execution.
• A demonstrated sense of visual rhythm and sense of composition and style.
• Highly conceptual with new, fresh, big brand ideas.
• Multicultural consumer market experience strongly preferred
• A successful track record in developing and driving a creative team
• Ad agency experience is a MUST
