Requirements:
- The candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and must be able to provide references.
- Candidate must be able to identify opportunities and put in measures to resolve those issues.
- Must understand how to manage stock.
- Must know cash handling procedures.
- Must be able to help the franchisee optimise on sales and profits.
- Must understand forecasting and projections.
