Job description:
- Prepare fresh ingredients, unique Yenny Delights recipes and send out only top-quality dishes
- Learn various stations including but not limited to: Cold/fry, flat top/grill/broiler, and prep/line set up
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment always
- Gain experience in the business side of cooking – learning about inventory and time management
- Work with the team to execute large volumes of orders
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and often
- Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
Weight Handling –
- Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
